Isinya is where we started. Shamba Space is built to run the same thing in several places, so a grower gets the same plot, the same metered water and the same terms whichever site they are on.

- Two fenced acres, laid out as fifteen plots of 100 × 50 ft in three blocks. Your plot is pegged and measured on the ground before you start. Nothing is sold by the eye.
- Water
- Water is on the land and a main line runs to the blocks. Your plot gets its own take-off and its own meter when you take it, so nobody is ever drawing on anyone else's supply.
- Access
- You reach your plot from the block track without crossing anyone else's ground.
One site or ten, the offer does not change.
Only Isinya is open today, so this is a promise about how we run sites rather than a description of many. It is the standard a second site has to meet before it opens.

- Every plot on every site is 100 × 50 ft, on ground that is cleared and levelled, and pegged and numbered with you before you start.
- The same water
- Water on the land and a main line to the blocks. Your plot is piped off it and metered when you take it. You pay for the units you use, never a share of someone else's.
- The same terms
- Six or twelve months, paid monthly, a refundable deposit and a one-off connection charge. Nothing renews on its own.
- The same services
- Inputs brought to the plot and work done for you if you want it, quoted before it starts and never bundled into the fee.
Demand first, then land.
We do not take on a parcel because it is cheap and hope people come. A site opens where enough people have already told us they want to farm, and where a landowner has ground with water already on it.
That is why the form below matters more than it looks. Naming your town is what puts it on the list we work from.
Own land with water on it?
We lease it, share the revenue, or run it for you and take a fee. You keep the title either way, and we tell you honestly if the parcel does not suit this.
