Every plot is the same: 100 × 50 ft, levelled, pegged and plumbed, from KSh 2,000 a month. What changes is how many you take.

Whoever takes a plot at the start carries more risk than whoever takes the tenth. So the first 5 are treated differently, and this is not repeated once they are gone.

Take two or three together.
Nothing is taken yet, so any plots you like can be side by side. Two together is one long bed run rather than two separate plots to walk between, and it stays that way as you add the next.
Adjoining plots are let as one working area.
You are not tied to the plot you start on. If your neighbour's plot comes free, you can take it on and keep working ground you have already improved.

Taking more than four plots.
The rate per plot comes down as you take more, so you can expand as you earn rather than borrowing to set up land you have not grown into yet. Ask us for a block rate before you commit to several. Past four plots we quote a block rate instead of multiplying the single-plot price, so it stays sensible against renting a whole acre.

What you pay.
- Plot fee
- From KSh 2,000 a month, paid monthly. The rate per plot comes down as you take more.
- Getting connected
- A one-off charge at the start to meter your plot and run the pipe to it. Quoted before you agree to anything.
- Water
- On its own meter and billed on top. You pay for the units you use.
- Deposit
- A refundable deposit, held for the length of your term and returned after the final reading and inspection.
- Anything else
- Inputs and work are optional and quoted before we start.
Dearer per acre
Raw farmland here goes for about KSh 8,000 an acre a month, and an acre is roughly nine of our plots. On rate alone raw land wins, and we would rather you heard it from us.
What a plot changes is the commitment, not the rate: one month's fee to start, no water to bring, no acre to clear and fence before you plant.
